Incendiary Rounds enable gunners to start fires with non-fire-starting weapons, however this reduces the magazine size, rate of fire, and projectile speed. Lost projectile speed will increase the drop of weapons that are affected by gravity, such as the Scylla Double-Barreled Mortar and the Lumberjack Heavy Mortar. Each time an Incendiary Round hits a part, it has two chances to give a component one fire charge - one for the direct hit, and the other for the AoE - effectively rendering the chance to be 40% for one stack of fire to ignite with both the direct hit and AoE hit considered. A big downside to using this ammunition type is that potential fire immunity renders Incendiary Rounds useless.
